If you need a replacement part or would like to create something new, follow these steps-

1. Contact us by phone, text, or email  for a consultation.

2. We then will ask a series of questions to determine project feasibility

3. If the project seems feasible we will then need to obtain specific information necessary to fabricate your part or idea. This can happen in one of several ways-

• In person visit at your site where Jeff will evaluate the job. This likely will include taking relevant measurements or photos. In some cases we might ask to "borrow" the item needing repair to facilitate the job.

• You send sample parts or item to be repaired to our shop.

• You create a simple sketch with dimensions and send to us along with photos of the item needing repair. 

• In the case of a new design, we will request a sketch of your idea along with conversation by phone or in person to better understand your concept.
